Arista specializes in all areas of bitumen converting for a wide range of industries, including Waterproofing, Roadworks, Paving & Surfacing and Oil & Gas Mining.
Arista’s newly constructed state-of-the-art production plant has an annual capacity of 25 million sq mt of membrane products and a liquid capacity of 50 thousand metric tonnes.
Arista has a strong management team with key management having significant years of related experience across all areas of waterproofing and bitumen converting industries.

Waterproofing Membranes
Self-adhesive waterproofing membranes are formulated with styrene modified elastomers in a uniquely designed 3 stage manufacturing process developed through extensive research & development.
This ensures that our products are stable at elevated temperatures for long period of ageing which is a first of its kind in the region.
Self-adhesive membranes are used as waterproofing for concrete protection, it is used for below ground structures, subways and retaining walls.
Our peel and stick (PSU) range of products are used below asphalt shingles, tiles , slates and metal roofing. PSU products are unmatched for high surface traction, excellent tear resistance and long UV ratings.
Self-Adhesive Flashing
Flashtastic! is a multi-purpose self-adhesive waterproofing and sealing membrane that can be used for domestic and commercial applications including: flashing , sealing and repairing of roofs. Use Flashtastic! to repair or seal porches, dormers, gutters, downpipes, skylights, metal, tile, synthetic or slate roofing and so much more!
Road Works, Paving & Surfacing
Arista manufactures bitumen-based roadworks, paving and surfacing products at our state-of-the-art custom-built plant here in Dubai. Our specialised equipment and production techniques are world-class. Arista can produce any formulation of bitumen-based products to suit local geographic conditions and government requirements.
